Return & Refund Policy

At Cricketee.in, every product is printed specially for you after an order is placed. Because of this print-on-demand process, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Our products are printed, packed, and shipped by our fulfillment partner Qikink, and the policy below reflects their operational guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if the product has:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors or misprints

  • Damaged items received during shipping

  • Wrong product delivered

    Requests must include clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue so that we can verify the problem with our fulfillment partner.

    Returns or refunds are not eligible for:

    • Wrong size selected by the customer

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Slight color variation between screen and printed product

    • Measurement differences within ±0.5 inches (standard production tolerance)

      2. Return Timeframe

      If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [4 DAYS] of delivery.

      Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

      3. Refund Process & Timing

      Once your request is reviewed and approved:

      1. The issue will be verified with our fulfillment partner.

      2. If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

      3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

      Refund processing time:

      Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


      4. Exchange Options

      Because our products are custom printed on demand, we generally do not offer traditional exchanges.

      However, in the following cases we will provide a replacement product:

      • Defective product

      • Misprinted design

      • Wrong item delivered

      If the issue is due to selecting the wrong size or product variant, a new order may need to be placed.


      5. Damaged or Defective Products

      We take quality seriously, but sometimes issues can occur during production or shipping.

      If your product arrives damaged or defective:

      1. Email us at [help@cricketee.in] within [4 DAYS] of delivery

      2. Attach clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging

      3. After verification, we will offer:

      • A free replacement, or

      • A refund, depending on the situation.

      Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement.


      6. Non-Returnable Items

      Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, the following items are non-returnable:

      • Products ordered in the wrong size or color

      • Custom printed items without defects

      • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

        • Requests submitted after the return timeframe

        • Minor color variations from screen display to printed product

        Print-on-demand products are typically not eligible for general returns unless there is a production or fulfillment defect.

        7. Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

        If a courier cannot deliver the order due to:

        • Customer unavailable

        • Incorrect shipping address

        • Customer refusing delivery

        The package may be returned to the fulfillment warehouse as Return to Origin (RTO).

        In such cases:

        • We can reship the order once the issue is resolved

        • Additional shipping costs may apply


        8. Return Shipping Costs

        Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

        If the product is defective or incorrect:
        We will cover the replacement cost.

        If the issue is not due to our error (wrong size, change of mind, etc.):

        • Return shipping and replacement costs may be the customer's responsibility.
