At Cricketee.in, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Our products are printed, packed, and shipped by our fulfillment partner Qikink, which means production begins only after your order is confirmed.

All orders go through a production process before shipping.

4. Order Tracking

You can use this tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real time.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations across India.

Important notes for COD orders:

  • Orders may require confirmation before dispatch

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to restriction of COD for future orders


6. Return to Origin (RTO)

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to our fulfillment warehouse as Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases:

  • We can reship the order once the issue is resolved

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Missing address details

  • Incorrect phone number
